accreditation by various State Bar Associations. Attendees
should arrange for credits through their local jurisdiction.

The entire
conference may receive up to 18.5 CES® Continuing Education credits (this

DELIVERY METHOD:

COURSE LEVEL:
This conference is presented at the advanced level for
attorneys, accountants, qualified intermediaries, tax advisors and
anyone dealing with clients owning investment real estate or business assets. There are no
prerequisites required for the Overview. Participants should be familiar
with the basics of I.R.C. Section 1031 for the
Advanced Two-Day Program. No preparation is required.
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY: Full tuition refund, less a $50
administration charge, will be made to registrants if cancellation notice is
received by 1031 Advanced Seminar LLC by fax (425.637.2873) or U.S. Mail by 5:00
pm PST prior to September 17, 2010. Full tuition refund, less $400
administration charge, will apply for all cancellations received after September
17, 2010, but prior to October 1, 2010. Substitutions allowed.
SEMINAR WRITTEN
MATERIALS:
Copies of the written material prepared by the speakers is
available for purchase exclusively from 1031 Advanced Seminar LLC. NOTE TO
ATTENDEES: A copy of the course manual is included in your registration fee.
If you are unable to attend and would like to purchase the course
manual, the cost is $145 which includes s/h charges.
Note: Effective July 1, 2010, Washington State Department of Revenue
increased sales tax rates.
Please make note of new tax rate. WA State
Residents include tax of
9.5% ($158.78 total). To order a course manual, please
check the box on the registration form for "Seminar Manual Only". Course manuals
cannot be ordered online. You must order via phone, fax or mail. Please enclose
your check or credit card information when ordering. The course manual will be
shipped via ground delivery following the presentation of the conference (No
P.O. Boxes please).
