This conference is presented at the advanced level for attorneys, accountants, qualified intermediaries, tax advisors and anyone dealing with clients owning investment real estate or business assets. Participants should be familiar with the basics of I.R.C. Section 1031 for the Advanced Two-Day Program. No preparation is required.
Refund / Cancellation Policy:
Due to the Covid pandemic we recognize the need for flexibility in our refund policy. For this year’s conference we will allow cancellations without penalty up to 10 days prior to the conference. As always, substitutions are allowed. If national or local circumstances change after October 26th making it impossible to hold the conference, all registrations will be refunded in full. Please remember, cancelling your registration does not automatically once your hotel reservation. That must be done with the hotel directly.
Seminar Written Materials:
Flash drives containing the course material prepared by the speakers is available for purchase exclusively from 1031 Advanced Seminar LLC. NOTE TO ATTENDEES: A copy of the course material is included in your registration fee. If you are attending the seminar and wish to purchase additional materials, you may do so separately. If you are unable to attend and would like to purchase the course material, the cost is $50 for the Overview Session and $100 for the Two-Day Advanced Sessions, which includes s/h charges. Washington State Residents include tax of 9.5%. To order the course material, please check the box on the registration form for “Course Material Only”. Course material can also be ordered online. Or, in the alternative, you can order via phone, fax or mail. Please enclose your check or credit card information when ordering. The course material will be shipped via regular mail following the presentation of the conference.
