ACCREDITATION:
Prior IRC §1031 seminars have received accreditation from most states with
mandatory continuing legal and accounting education requirements, as well as
accreditation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators for CES credits.
CES® Credits:
The
Spring Seminar is eligible to receive up to
7 CES®
Continuing Education credits.
CPE Credits:
1031
Advanced Seminar LLC is registered with
the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of
continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
State boards have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for

The Spring
Seminar is eligible to receive up to
6 CPE credits.
CLE Credits:
Prior Section 1031 seminars have been approved for CLE
accreditation by the Washington State Bar Association. Non-Washington attendees
should arrange for credits through their local jurisdiction.
This course has been approved for 6 CLE
credits.
COURSE LEVEL:
This conference is presented at the basic to advanced level for
attorneys, accountants, real estate agents, tax advisors and
anyone dealing with clients owning investment property. There are no
prerequisites required.
TUITION: The seminar fee of $299.00 per person
includes admission to the seminar, a copy of the course materials, breakfast and
coffee/beverage services at breaks.
REFUND POLICY: Full tuition refund, less a $40.00 administrative
charge will be made to registrants if cancellation notice received by fax or
U.S. Mail by April 15, 2009. No refunds will be issued if registration is
cancelled after April 16, 2009. Substitutions allowed.

Copies of the written material prepared by the speaker, Ms. Mary B. Foster is
available for purchase exclusively from 1031 Advanced Seminar LLC. NOTE TO
ATTENDEES: A copy of the course manual is included in your registration fee.
If you are unable to attend and would like to purchase the course
manual, the cost is $70 +$10 s/h charges for a total of $80.00. WA State
Residents include tax of 9.0% ($86.30 total)To order a course manual, please
check the box on the registration form for "Seminar Manual Only". Course manuals
cannot be ordered online. You must order via phone, fax or mail. Please enclose
your check or credit card information when ordering. The course manual will be
shipped via ground delivery following the presentation of the conference (No
P.O. Boxes please).
