Registration Fee
The seminar fee of $299.00 per person includes admission to the
seminar,
a copy of the course materials, breakfast and coffee/beverage
services at breaks.
Early Bird Price of $249.00 when registration received by
April 3, 2009.
Cancellation Policy
Full tuition refund, less a $40.00 administrative charge will be
made to registrants if
cancellation notice received by fax or U.S. Mail by April 15,
2009.
No refunds will be issued if registration is cancelled after
April 16, 2009.
Substitutions/Transfers are allowed.
